Cancellation Policy
We understand there can be unforeseen emergencies that could cause you to cancel your reservation.We will try to resolve any and all situations with you. However, please note our cancellation policy below. RE/MAX On The Water - Bolivar reserves the right to substitute an equal rental property if necessary.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Cancellation of a rental booking less than 14 days after the reservation date will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $90.00 and the $35.00 processing fee.

Cancellation of a rental booking greater than 14 days after the reservation date is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless that rental property can be re-booked for the same reservation dates. At that time a refund less a cancellation fee of $90.00 and the $35.00 processing fee will be made.

Deposit Policy
Half of rental subtotal and half of taxes plus the total amount of all fees. will be required as a reservation deposit. The reservation deposit must be received within seven days of confirmation or a cancellation will automatically occur. The remaining charges plus $100 non-refundable pet fee (where applicable) will be due 3 days prior to check-in. Personal checks will be accepted for rentals if received at least 14 days or more prior to arrival.
